The SPL160.1 and SPL160.2 HMI software was developed for a 16-bit OS,
like Win 3.11. This means the program will not run on a modern computer
with 32-bit operating system like WXP or W7.
It has also come to our knowledge that the communication between the
PLC and the PC will not function with the much higher clock frequency
on a modern computer.
The solution is a newer software for modern computers offered
in a package including a new cabinet with switches, computer and monitor.
The cabinet has an USB-Socket at the front of the panel and can of course be
connected to a network.
